A: This is a list of browsers PokemonLake should work OK in:
Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 8. (If you have an earlier version you are strongly recommended to upgrade).
Mozilla Firefox (All versions) and derivatives such as Flock and Iceweasel;
Safari 3.1.1 and later;
Opera 9.50 and later.
Google Chrome (All versions)
Basically as long as a browser supports javascript,XMLHTTP requests, CSS and images, PokemonLake should support it.
PokemonLake works best in Mozilla Firefox.

Q: Do I have to download anything to play the game?
A: Absolutely not. The game does not even need Flash, Shockwave, or Java Runtime Environment to run.

Q: I can't move in the maps!
A: Did you try pressing the arrow keys in your keyboard? Is javascript enabled? If not, check this page for information on how to enable it. Are you sure your browser is compatible? If Pokemonlake doesn't seem to work in your browser, download a newer version or a different browser.

Q: What are shiny, metallic, ghost and golden Pokemon? What makes them different?
A: Shinies earn more HP per level up, metallic cannot be affected by status Problems, ghost get 50% damage, and golden Pokemon earn more expirience.

Q: Can I get the legendaries?
A: Ofcourse! But you have to beat all the gym leaders. After that, legendaries appear in maps.

Q: I've been told that there's some software which I can download to get special Pokemon in the game easily! Is that true?
A: Absolutely not. You do not have to download anything to play this game, and there is no software which will help you get special Pokemon. If someone tells you this, they want you to download a really nasty virus, do not listen to them, it is not true.
